The hotel is perfectly situated near Paddington rail station, making it very convenient for travelers needing access to transportation. The rooms were decent, but lacked air conditioning or a fan which made the stay somewhat uncomfortable. The service was satisfactory with a mix of happy and unhappy staff members, but overall, the reception desk was impressive. The dining options were not included in the price, adding an extra cost to the stay. The location was excellent for exploring London, especially with the proximity to the subway and central station.
